Deut.20:16-17

Training can be decent, but the owner has to consistently reinforce it.

The Bidens are sloppy, irresponsible people. This is an unhappy dog. Dogs usually want to please, and they get comfort and confidence from knowing that the humans around them approve.

I suspect nobody pays much genuine attention to this dog. I guess Biden has it merely for a photo op and an accessory.

It may be too late to retrain this dog. They at least need to get him into an environment where he’s not so anxious.
