Strokes can affect small parts of the brain.
I talked to someone who was shopping and suddenly couldn’t walk anymore. Had to go to the hospital and found out they had a stroke that affected the motor control part of the brain. The odd thing about it was that they were still standing and could still think clearly.
A few others need to start failing to function. Mitch will just get the Feinstein treatment as long as he can fog a mirror. The Senate is too tight, right now.
