So when Trump wanted to refill the SPR at $30 a barrel, he was accused by the dimocrats of bailing out Big Oil. But now that Biden has to refill at over $75 (was over $100), costing many billion$ more, that’s NOT bailing out Big Oil.
The same buffoons claim that slowing the growth of the budget is tantamount to spending cuts. Lunatics....all of them.
But it bought some temporary gas price reductions; totally worth it.

Biden and the Dems are systematically weakening the US, giving away arms, selling out the oil reserve and not replenishing it, destroying the rule of law, creating racial and cultural divisions at every turn, and crushing the dollar with the printing press. Add to that the foreign policy disaster that this administration has been, and the Chinese couldn’t find a more faithful houseboy.
America seems to be in a severe situation. We are out of weapons and armaments plus our Oil Reserves are empty. The Marxist Dems, DPJ and the FBI has America right where they want us for control. All they lack is the collapse of the dollar and China will have ownership of the Worlds Reserve Currency thanks to the Dems. Next is gun ownership striped
from us and it will be all over.
I don’t know about this dome, but the Feds have totally screwed up the geology of some of the previously private underground storage domes and other structures to the extent that they no longer operate as they should. The feds don’t know where the crude went, or they don’t know how to recover it in some cases as it migrated away.
Actually the amount of oil that can be released from the SOR has little effect on oil prices.
Mostly he is doing it so that he can appear to be doing something about high oil prices while doing nothing of substance.
