So school workers have more authority over children and minors than their

The People did not delegate that authority to either the State or Federal gov’ts.
The only resort seems to take your children and escape that madhouse to America.
The Constitution doesn't even mention schools. Perhaps government run schools violate the First Amendment, since they do serve as indoctrination centers.

They are making the false accusations that parents “ ight bully their child” if their child disobeys their parent’s wishes by falling such abominable life decisions, and the schools are claiming their “right” to “defend the kids agaisnt such parents” by not informing the parents.
The left are slowly and surely wresting the authority of parents away from the parents, and assuming the “right” themselves to raise the kids anyway they wish. It’s “all for the kids” they falsely claim.

There is still a very large % of folks who oppose the evil of the left- u fortu ately though the left control most of the power, and the right who stand up to tyranny get severely punished for it (ie Jan 6 political prisoners, those who fight back agaisnt antifa and blm get punished while the do estic terrorists of antifa and blm go Scott free etc)

We had to take a groomer awareness course to be in the church nursery. It isn’t the kids fault.. groomers have been at this along time. The course would shocked everyone at how quickly and smoothly this happens. Absent paper tents with the Biden economy are making it even easier.
The Judge should rule. “The school has no qualifications to be practicing medicine without a license.” Any mention of medical procedures by teachers or administration should be met with immediate fines, imprisonment and firing.

Maybe it is time to have a discussion about ending compulsory education.
Whether it’s ‘Constitutional’ or not, not informing parents of something so crucial is child neglect. Either the parents are responsible for children or the State is. There’s no middle ground. In the USA, children are the responsibility of the parents - unless that is, somehow, Constitutionally not true. If so, this is a real problem but I can’t imagine this isn’t address by precedent...which would need to be addressed as this contradicts this judge.

Thanks for posting. I’ve lost my confidence in the public schools. I now see many/most public school teachers as lazy thinkers and especially gullible -— tending to adopt any new idea or unproven method that is presented to them. Unfortunately, the teaching profession is not alone.
