I read there are 45,000 police and only 3000 arrests.
France is looking like the USA ‘summer of love’ in 2020 where nobody was arrested for their crimes.

Plenty were arrested, but immediately released on bail (thanks, Kamala and Hollyweirdos) or OR, depending on the jurisdiction and their DA.

In Philadelphia, the police arrested a man, who shot at the cross dressing tranny, who shot and killed five men and injured 2 children, one only two years old.
They aren’t saying anything about the second guy, who they arrested.
