Target’s management has:
- Donated millions to “GLSEN,” an organization that “Promotes LGBT Activism in Schools.” Among other things, GLSEN’s mission includes undermining parents’ federal and state constitutional and statutory rights by directing public schools to withhold “any information that may reveal a student’s gender identity to others, including [to] parents or guardians.” Target’s management apparently supports this mission because funding GLSEN is knowingly, or with reckless disregard, subsidizing GLSEN’s policy of violating parents’ rights and promoting secret gender transitions for kids.
- Target’s website currently lists over 100 products under the category “LGBT Pride: Kids’ Clothing,” which are often modeled by very young children and almost always feature themes designed to attract and interest them, like rainbow Mickey Mouse symbols. These products include LGBT-themed onesies, bibs, and overalls aimed at newborn babies and toddlers, and “tuck-friendly” bathing suits marketed towards “transgender women.”
- Target also knowingly stocked merchandise by “Satanist-Inspired” brand Abprallen for its pride collection. Abprallen is known for designs that glorify violence, such as designs showing the phrases “We Bash Back” with a heart-shaped mace in the trans-flag colors, “Transphobe Collector” with a skull, and ‘Homophobe Headrest’ with skulls beside a pastel guillotine.

Flip side is that if Target had realized a $20 billion increase in revenues from the fag/demonic merchandise, the shareholders would have applauded. It's not like the shareholders want to do the right thing. It's all about the bottom line which is our undoing.
Why else would stupid Americans have enriched our enemy, the chinks? We've been buying their merch for decades, when we're likely going to be at war with them at some point. They're even sending troops into America via our southern border. And anybody who doesn't realize that is a fool.
Again, it's all about the bottom line.

All it takes is one shareholder to file lawsuits, and all the dominoes will start falling down. Just one brave shareholder is needed. That’s the way the evil rats have won so many of their battles …all it takes is just one person makes a hell of a difference.

I wonder how big a market there is, for women’s bathing suits with extra room to fit a man’s body.
Well, if you want to know where to find such a swimsuit, it sounds like Target is your store to go to.

I had to run into Target yesterday b/c my optometrist is inside and I needed my glasses repaired - which the office does for free.
Parking lot was 1/2 full, which was odd at that time of day, usually Target is packed with shoppers.
I was afraid the optometrists office would be full, as it often is - there wasn’t a person inside, not a one. I was asked if I wanted an appointment right then and there, the doctor was there and would see me immediately.
I do not want to support Target in any way but felt sorry for the optometrist and her staff.

The lawsuit needs to be directed at the individuals responsible, not the company.
Suing the company will only result in an even lower stock price.
Suing the individuals (board members, managers) may not end in a big financial settlement but it will fix the problem by causing the removal of those individuals.

Which is why these grass-roots boycots are so important.
You’ll never convince the lefty execs to stop being activists, and you’ll never convince profiteering shareholders to stop looking for a profit, but if you hurt those profits, they’ll take notice.
I’m still mad that I never get to participate in any boycotts. I never seem to patronize or belong to any of these products or places. I said it a few years ago, and I’m still missing out of the boycotts in the latest rounds. I haven’t been inside a target in over 20 years, and I never buy pisswater bud light. About the only time I ever drank it was when it was the sole beverage provided at a party or event.
I can’t get off a bandwagon if I was never on it to start with.

I’m the same way. I just don’t seem to ever patronize the offending companies.

I disagree. Like many companies Target has made the mistake of making their CEO the Chairman of the Board of Directors. The CEO is just an employee of the shareholders, and the shareholders are legally bound to represent the interests of the shareholders (i.e. they are the ones who hire an fire CEOs). Making the CEO his own boss is a gigantic and inexcusable conflict of interest that is harmful to the shareholder interests and in my opinion should be illegal.
Bottom line: CEOs who are also Chairman of the Board are virtually unfreeable no matter what they do. They go when they want to and not before.

You do realize that when the shareholders sue a company for financial malfeasance (instead of suing the board and managers as individuals), they are basically suing themselves?

Don’t feel sorry for anyone being paid by Target, their salary is being subsidized by selling products that corrupt children, and promote an evil agenda. They have options, work for Satan, look for another job, or band together and strike!
God created RAINBOWS as a covenant and promise between HIM and EARTH and has nothing to do with sexuality. THAT symbol has been defiled, now whenever we see a rainbow we will NEVER AGAIN associate it with GOD and GOODNESS That is over forever. This was intentional and inspired by evil. (I am not a religious fanatic, whether one believes or not, the intent of what they are doing is insidious)

I just reread your comment. I don't disagree (I don't think I do anyway) about the CEO not being Board Chairman.
That said, the CEO is usually the Chairman of the Board.

They are suing the board for dereliction in their fiduciary responsibility to represent shareholder interests, not their own. But I didn’t advocate for lawsuits. Unfortunately when the executives are totally independent of the shareholders and said executives start making terrible decisions then I think the shareholders only real option is to pull their money out and move on. Because there are no checks and balances if the board are all just puppets of the CEO and by the time any legal remedies are found the company will be dead or devoured.
