That’s right. Blacks were not allowed to own or possess guns in the CSA since most were slaves. Getting caught with a firearm was a death warrant right there on the scene.
That is true.
The death penalty sure would reduce recidivism.
But it's also not about retribution or revenge as the left likes to portray it. It's about protecting society and innocent people from the damage and destruction those who work evil among us do to everyone.
If evil is not nipped in the bud, then it grows to consume everything and everyone, just as we are seeing happen today.
A certain segment of the population is known to be violent. If police start arresting those folks we’ll be hearing again how more of their segmnt is in jail and protests about that.... It’s really a no win situation for citizens as long as that segment continues it’s violent lifestyles.

The biggest explaination for all this lying and obstruction is they were allowed to skate as a kid and still think they can whine their way out of anything.
face it, the time out / spanking is child abuse generation, didnt turn out to be the kind gentle adults modern psychology said we would get.
KIDS NEED A PADDLING. some more than others and yes, there will be child abuse, but one kid out of a hundred being abused is no reason to abandon 4000 years of good parenting.

Shooter is most likely a protected class, that they aren’t allowed to criticize.
Huguenot High School: 67% graduation rate. 61/30 black/hispanic (9% white/mixed/other). So 1/3 of the kids who enter the school in 9th grade drop out by 12th grade.
US News doesn’t track it, but we know that most dropouts occur 9th-10th grade, and most of those are certainly among the blacks/ hispanics, thus the graduation rate is even lower for those groups.
Overall reading proficiency is 58%. Take out the 7% whites, or even round that down to 5% and you’ve got about half the black/hispanic kids can’t pass the state reading exam.
Worse, there are 50+ lower performing high schools in Virginia.
And don’t forget, YOU are to blame!

We watch on Patrol and I find it amazing that almost every car they pull over has a driver with suspended/ no license. They take the people out of the car and normally find drugs and guns. All the guns come back stolen.
And they really think hoodrats are just going to comply and give up their guns?
So, then, blacks and hispanics were underrepresented at the graduation. But it’s your supposition that the shooter was black or hispanic. That remains to be seen. And what ethnicity were the seven victims? Also not yet clear.
I make no such supposition, I’m just clarifying the demographics of that school.
While we cannot infer from that data as to the race of the shooter (or even any relationship to the school itself), we can certainly infer the likelihood of black/hispanic criminality in that school’s population (including dropouts), since high school dropouts are four times as likely as graduates to be arrested for criminal activity.
