I remember wearing black new balance walking shoes with a black “N” on them in the office back in the 1990s. Because they were all black and leather, practically nobody noticed.
Granted, it was and active engineering office with lots of coming and going (to site work).
“Dress sneakers” is an oxymoron. And the idiot wearing them is just plain a moron.
We live in a world where you may literally have to kill another human or run for cover on a moment’s notice. Anyone who wears poor footwear today is marking themselves as a pogue who is just NGMI.
