I always thought Peggy Noonan was Andrea Mitchell in Republican drag.
The thing that was unforgettable was that she for some reason kept pronouncing the word as "scan-DAHL," sort of like she was imitating the way Lisa Douglas (Eva Gabor's character in Green Acres) would have said it to be funny. Like when she called growing plants "shoosters."
