In 2020 the Supreme Court refused to hear any case the Trump campaign brought forward.

What makes you think that will happen this time.

Besides, Kari Lake has been fighting in State Court in Arizona and has lost every time. Now she’s going into the Federal Court System, even if it succeeds, will take months if not years to ever make it to the Supreme Court.

In the meantime, are the Republicans doing anything else to combat this problem.

Have the Republicans developed any ballot harvesting program in states where it’s legal ??

Are Republicans still encouraging their voters to vote on election day, which is what happened in Arizona.

What happened in Arizona, strangely the voting machines didn’t work disenfranchising Republican voters, encouraging Republicans to vote early, would combat that type of issue.

Do the Republicans have any strategy at all to file one lawsuit after another in states that have universal mail in voting to clean up the voter rolls and remove dead people and people who have moved.

If they have I have not heard any plan.

What we get is one legal challenge after another alleging cheating and we lose every time. Yet, the Republicans keep doing it and expect a different outcome which is the classic definition of insanity.

That is closer to the truth than many people on FR will admit.

Re: 61 - Great post.

What I posted a few days ago:

——-

President Trump incessantly whines about how the 2020 Presidential Election was rigged.

And so do no small number of posters on this thread.

And? So? It’s all whining.

President Trump what are YOU going to do about it? Instead of whining?

Here is what is on his website at https://www.donaldjtrump.com/issues

“Free, Honest and Lawful Elections

President Donald J. Trump is committed to the honesty of our elections and the integrity of our Republic. We will reform our election laws to verify the identity and eligibility of all voters to ensure faith and confidence in all future elections. We will pass a bold range of critical election integrity measures that include banning unsecure drop boxes and ballot harvesting. State and local officials cannot be permitted to make illegal and unconstitutional changes to election procedures without the required approvals by the state legislatures. Very importantly, we must ban private money from pouring into local election offices.”

That’s aspirational feel good talk. What is President Trump doing NOW for Free, Honest and Lawful Elections?

What legislation is being sponsored?

Are legal teams being trained in key states to deal state election law?

Does President Trump have assembled his legal team for the 2024 election, so we don’t have a repeat of the Rudy, Sidney and Jenna clown car express?

President Trump what are you doing NOW?

——-

President Trump, whining is not a strategy.

I seem to remember all this was in place in 1960, and there was still complaints of a stolen election.

One word: Chicago. Yes, its very likely the election was stolen in 1960. What was in place in 1960 was not what I outlined but was a lot better than what we have now. No system is perfect, but imposing the election integrity laws European countries and Canada, Mexico, Australia, India, etc have would make it much tougher to steal elections.

The judicial system is as corrupt as the election.

You are so right, no one on our side would argue about the goals in Trump’s election integrity plan, the problem while we are waiting for those laws to pass at the Federal Level, which is unlikely, the Democrats will continue using the laws to their favor and sweeping elections in key states.

It’s insane to keep these lawsuits going like Kari Lake, it makes people feel good and keeps the money flowing, but they never succeed and likely will never succeed.

Encourage Mike Lindell to stop his insane plan to remove voting machines, he’s wasted 3 years and millions of dollars fighting a losing battle, the machines are not the issue, the laws in place and the people running the machines are the issue. If he had spent the last 3 years trying to get my 3 ideas working, he might be making headway.

You can’t change the laws without winning the election first and the only way to do that is to use the laws to your advantage.

I’ve mentioned countless times my 3 ideas.

Ballot Harvest where legal

Vote Early avoid election day issues like the recent election in Arizona.

Engage in lawfare, file one lawsuit after another challenging voter rolls and get them cleaned up if possible.

We need to save 3-5 States that can still be saved.
Arizona
Georgia
Wisconsin
Nevada
Pennsylvania - maybe to late to save
Michigan - maybe to late to save

In other states like California, New York and others that statewide elections are gone, you can impact congressional and state legislature elections using lawfare to clean up voter rolls.

Sounds like you're not playing for the same team as the rest of us.

But we already knew that. :)

So all the paper ballots, identification and in person voting didn’t stop it. That’s my point. Where there’s a will, there’s a way.

Sounds? Proper word would be seems. I’ve not made a sound on this forum. I’m not on your team. Your team is partisan. My team is about the rule of law.

She claimed that there was no signature verification being done at all, her own witnesses disproved that.

“If ballot harvesting is legal, which it is in many states, then it’s not cheating, ask yourself do the Republicans have any plan at all to create a ballot harvesting program ??”

You have no idea what you are talking about and spouting nonsense. Ballot harvesting is not legal in any state including even California. There are strict rules. All of these rules and laws were broken by Democrats. Beside dozens of other laws.

Read for yourself.

Only a jackass lawyer and judge would say that a 2 second review of a ballot constituted a signature verification. The delay wasn’t because the person was verifying the signature, the delay was because the computer could not load the next image fast enough. Lawyers, judges, and people that use false flag technicalities are the scum of this earth. We are told not to believe our eyes. Those signatures were not verified and anyone with an once of common sense knows that.

Any state that allows someone other than the voter to return the ballot is considered ballot harvesting.

Before you slam anyone do your research

Here is the definition of ballot harvesting:

Ballot collecting, also known as “ballot harvesting”, is the gathering and submitting of completed absentee or mail-in voter ballots by third-party individuals, volunteers or workers, rather than submission by voters themselves directly to ballot collection sites.[1][2][3] It occurs in some areas of the U.S. where voting by mail is common, but some other states have laws restricting it.[1] Proponents of ballot collection promote it as enfranchising those who live in remote areas or lack ready access to transportation, are incapacitated or in hospital or jail. Critics of ballot collection claim high probability for vote misappropriation or fraud.
