Exactly, and all by careful design.
And now we are learning why all super-heroes wore masks and had pseudonyms and secret hideouts. From Superman to Batman to Zorro to The Shadow to The Phantom to The Scarlet Pimpernel !!
And you do not talk to anyone else either except your lawyer. And the way things are going I would not even talk too much to him.
Make sure you go and read the entire article.
If the police are being honest about what the man told him, he was firing his weapon with closed eyes.
At the bottom of the article is a tweet with a security cam picture.
If it is from the man’s home it shows a home on a residential street, most likely his neighbor’s home across the street.
If he was firing his weapon with closed eyes he could have been firing at his neighbor’s home or at the home behind his neighbor’s home.
You do not fire your weapon without clear sight of your target and knowledge of what is behind your target.
If he was firing with his eyes closed he had neither.
He should never have made such admissions but if they are true the man was reckless and should never fire another weaon until he has had gun safety training and many many hours of range time.
At age 20, I was speaking to a lawyer while trying to help a friend and after I’d talked for a while he said: “You’ve been watching too much TV.”
It looks like that sentiment is where we are headed, especially in the blue cities.
I appreciate that you went mostly pre-Superman (glasses are a lame disguise, btw). The only one I think you left out is the Green Hornet.
“Deputies say the man told them that he couldn’t clearly see what he was targeting and admitted to firing shots with his eyes closed due to being scared and shooting at the suspects as they fled, the outlet noted.”
If the van owner admitted to this, he deserves some trouble. In a populated area, firing into the night in the general direction of moving targets with your eyes closed is indeed reckless endangerment. Such conduct discredits responsible gun ownership and helps the anti-gunners. It’s fortunate that no neighbors were hit.
Shutting Up is good advice, though probably difficult in a stressful situation.
Like mine, for 28 years?
That’s riot! What’s that from?
He’s an idiot who deserves what he’s gonna get.
The ONLY thing you tell the cops is that “I was in fear of my life.” and “I want a lawyer.” Then you SHUT UP!!!
I would try my best to not even say that. Don’t say aneething.
It is from Suburban Auto Group a car dealership in Oregon. Just go to youtube and search for trunk monkey. There are about a dozen altogether and they are hilarious...
“The ONLY thing you tell the cops is that “I was in fear of my life.” and “I want a lawyer.” Then you SHUT UP!!!
Exactly. I would possibly add “I didn’t think I would survive.”
I also read that you should ask to be taken to the hospital. They will take you there, and it’s better than the police station while you settle down.
Nashville is not the Ryman Auditorium anymore. It's gone along with Martha White, and Goo Goo Clusters. Replaced by gluten free scones and vegan agave chews.
Hi amp rapid discharge capacitor in seat back with a path to ground in the steering wheel.
😂🙄🤣🤣😁😁👌
I have said that line to a few people.
He was shooting with his eyes closed? I wonder how he missed the bad guys.
