Wait until the wave of illegals hits the US medical system! I believe that part of Obama’s plan (come on man? Do you really think Joe’s in charge?) is to over load the medical system with non-paying patients. What would be the answer…… bingo Government take over of the medical system!
They got much more than that—and it isn’t just hearsay.
For what it is worth......

I have lived here 83 years. There is nothing free in Louisiana including the politicians. We have the best money can buy.
“I’m pretty close to the state border, and have some friends there. They brag about it. I don’t understand why they would live there with a state income tax, and the crime in the Shreveport area where they live.”
I live in Louisiana and have most of my life. The state has Medicaid like all the states. If a student maintains a certain grade point average, the state does grant them a certain amount but it does not pay for the college education.
Shreveport being a hellhole has nothing to do with what we are discussing. Now, you can throw in Baton Rouge. New Orleans may be lost. All democrat run cities are hellholes.
I also havel lived in Texas and I sometimes have wondered why people in Texas crow about not having a state income tax when the property taxes in Texas are demonic. People routinely lose their homes because they can’t afford the property tax.
Not true....there was some extra reimbursement but not tied to a death...and NOT $7000...(work in the field)
Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, director-general of the UN health agency, said Friday: ‘It’s with great hope that I declare Covid over as a global health emergency.’

What arrogance.
Actually, that depends upon where you live. I live in a heavily republican county, though rural and low-population. My taxes are pretty low. Places like Travis County and Dallas County are a different story. But, look at the political makeup of those counties.
It was a lot more than that. At one point here in Arkansas early the going rate was $268,000 per Covid report in Hospital. There was a different formula for each state.
