You don’t kill something you love, so they didn’t love what they claim to.
What they love is what they want to rewrite.
They killed schools because it accelerateed the destruction of children. Isolate them and ill educate them.
Soxialists have to rewrite in order to keep moving things further left.

Here in GA both Trump and non-Trump Republicans voted for the candidate of the teachers unions for State School Superintendant.
The other candidate was for parental control of their kids education and lost.
I saw the same in Illinois.
Until we learn to vote smart we lose.

There are several features of the pandemic policy response that still astonish me. It does not surprise me that bureaucrats couldn’t suppress, control, much less eradicate, a respiratory virus by scrapping the Bill of Rights. What I cannot get over is all the ways that the response ended up achieving the opposite of what it was supposed to do …Why?

You don’t think that important state positions like school superintendent are being counted fairly do you? The same rigged game that’s playing out for national elections is, and has been going on in state races too, but especially in the states with democrat state governments like Illinois. The league of women voters has for a long time been one of the groups responsible for administering elections and results here in Calif. The problem with that is the democrats long ago infiltrated those groups in order to control results and help elect more democrats. It’s one of the reasons Calif has an almost all democrat state govt that I assume you and I’m assuming Illinois does too, and all important state positions pretty much everywhere here are filled with democrats now. One notable exception is the Speaker of the house McCarthy, who comes from the more conservative eastern area.
My point is, we’ve been under an attack on our elections from many different angles in all races for a long time here, and the results of that speak for themselves. I think the same thing is most likely true in Illinois among many other states these days. The count is being rigged by democrat operatives and activists along with all the other machinery of election theft for all the important state races too, not just the national votes like president.
Given enough time, the peasants ALWAYS revolt.

It’s their way of making permanent the power they hold. They abuse each other horribly and without compunction to instruct each other that they can make life unbearable for each other if they have to or choose to or just feel like doing.

We had daily assembly in public school, and a Protestant teacher read the 23rd Psalm every morning, and we all said the Lord’s Prayer—complete with the ending that Catholics don’t use, even though the student body was 100% Catholic.
