Great in ‘28 should become his campaign slogan. And possibly he will be. He’s a bit rough around the presidential edges now, but I like him a lot and will most assuredly vote for him someday, God willing and a fair wind.
Except Desantis is damn well acting like he’s running. Governors should not be running all over the damn globe, ignoring events in their state.
I didn’t think Desantis was running in Jan, and never understood djt’s attacks.

And that loyalty only goes one way. There is no accountability. Trump appointed people who hate conservatives, and no core values. But Trump can never be held accountable for his actions, because by definition everything Trump does is right. Some mysterious entity appointed Jeff Sessions. We can't criticize Jeff Sessions, but we may not ask how he got there.
If George Bush appointed Gorsuch and Kavanaugh, the backlash would have been furious. But Trump did it, so it's wonderful. Kennedy good, Scalia bad.

Fuel for his ego. Sure, he’s good for the country and right on a lot of issues, but there a big ego component to his ambitions.
If they do that, DeSantis will rue the day he got out of his place.... he has years yet to serve.
Of all the candidates in the picture, Trump is the only one tried and tested is Trump. The only one with spine to clean up is Trump.. if we don’t get the crooks out, we wont survive.
