S300 is apar with American Patriots’ Pac2. They are quite capable for what they designed. To shoot aerial targets. But not for ground targets.

BTW ukies have only old soviet types of S300. They more than 30 years old. SO there is a lot of different malfunctionings. That why ukie S300 missiles are hitting their own buildings. Or polish too recently. Because their missiles are lot behind any expiration dates.

There are no military facilities in Uman. Other than the annual pilgrimage by Breslover Chassidim to the grave of their revered teacher, Rabbi Nachman of Breslov, it is literally in the middle of nowhere. There was no legitimate reason to attack it.

A good friend of mine is in Uman now, expected back any day together with his two teenage sons. They might be back home already. I hope for their sake they are.
