So, here is what I think the Tranifesto will have in it, that makes it sooo dangerous. It will contain a detailed plan on how to scout out a likely “safer” place to carry out your attack.
Remember, Chick here was on the Autism Spectrum, so she would probably be very detail-oriented.
Look for stuff like:
Is there a police car in the parking lot?
What kind of car do Resource Officers tend to drive?
Does the site have a webpage, and if so, does it include photographs of the building, doors and exits?
Does the webpage have a Safety Plan, and do they brag about it online?
How far is the potential site from the nearest Police Station?
What age groups are there - kindergarten kids are easier to take on than teenagers.
How many blacks are there - they are more used to violence, and might react faster.
I could go on and on.
But, I predict the Shooter did an in-depth scouting mission.
