East Palestine, Ohio, should bus in some illegals in order to get the government’s attention so they can finally have clean air and water again.
Man I heard interviewed recently said when we get social justice ratings the government can use them to ration the use of the dwindling power grid’s supply to recharge electric cars if the person “deserves” to drive somewhere.
And people will run their lives based on the charging of the EVs including a recommendation to have a second gas car for trip to an emergency room, in case the charge isn’t ready or allowed for them. Trips for tourism or sports events could dwindle as people need to use their EV charge ration for other purposes. Suggestion would be to watch sports on TV. Charging priorities would be the political and corporate elites. Rural people will not have close access to urban ones’ supplies and services and will need to watch the range of their vehicles closely.
He also said 18% of current EV owners did not want another EV after owning one. Repeaters tend to be male, young and nearly always Democrats.

Just talk and money for allied lobbying groups/people. You go into an underserved community and tell them "we're gonna tear down these 18 blocks of old homes and run-down apartments and replace them with new construction that can fit 4 times more people with better amenities"? Never gonna happen. You're going to displace all the current residents, who will protest. Then you need the local zoning and construction people to agree. Then you have to pay for it. And if you accomplish all that, maybe in a decade you'll have some nice new apartment complexes that will be more costly and all the previous residents will have new lives somewhere else.
Now if they actually wanted to do it, they could. You get it all lined up in advance and you pay the developers/contractors a bonus for every day they save in time completing the project, and you give the displaced residents first right to move into the first units ready for occupancy. But that isn't how it will work and everyone knows it.
All this will do is end up buying some electric buses that say "brought to you by Biden"; and line the pockets of people who work for advocacy and interest groups.

Patriots are hopefully not only tired of Biden unconstitutional federal government overreach, but also tired of career federal lawmakers letting Biden get away with this stuff.
I'm now inclined to think that Democratic and Republican patriots who regularly read Free Republic can pick better MAGA candidates than Trump can to primary career lawmakers in 2024. This s because Trump is arguably getting bad advice about candidates to endorse from institutionally indoctrinated, corrupt political party-affiliated advisors imo.
The definition of insanity is reelecting your state's Constitution-ignoring career state and federal lawmakers and executives over and over again, expecting different results every time.

) Equal access to the decision-making process to have a healthy environment in which to live, learn, and work.

What this propaganda piece says about a cleaner environment, etc... There are already existing laws on pollution. So it’s nonsense about what this does.
Finally, “the order was intended to target the illegal practice of redlining, in which banks and financial institutions refuse to provide credit services or mortgages to people from communities of color.”
This is outside the scope of the EPA. Furthermore, they have no legal authority whatsoever.
