Bill That Would Allow Students to Fight Back in Bullying Incidents Moves Through (Montana) Legislature (opponents: "fighting violence with violence is not a real solution and will just escalate most situations in a school setting")

We encourage the Ukraine to fight back against alleged Russian bullying, but we expect our school children to stand there and let bullies beat on them.

“Don’t all schools have cameras everywhere these days?”

A lot certainly do. But what is your point? The camera can only capture images of someone beating someone on the head. It can’t defend anyone. Despite what we see in the movies, fights last only a few seconds which is all it takes to completely destroy someone’s health or life.

“There are “alternative” schools in most areas to handle kids who won’t/can’t function normally.”

Which is where that demon should have been sent. Can you imagine the absolute stupidity of school officials having to shake down a student before letting him in with others. Whoever made that decision has blood on his hands.

My oldest daughter was being bullied in Junior High School. We tried the school’s way...we reported it. And it continued.

So, we had a sit down with the Vice Principal and I asked about her fighting back since the bullying had become physical...they blocked her from certain halls, etc. I was told if there is any physical altercation, BOTH STUDENTS will be suspended. I asked, even if my daughter is just punched and does not fight back, then she will get suspended? He said yes.

I turned to my daughter, in front of the Vice Principal and said, “The next time they accost you in any way, shape, or form and they physically touch you, I want you to beat her until she cannot move!”

The VP said I could not tell my daughter that. I told him, I just did and I meant every word. Either the school handles this or my daughter will end the bullying!

On the following Saturday, my girls and some friends were playing in the park near the school when this girl and two of her co-bullies showed up. They thought since they were bigger, my daughter and her friends would back down.

The lead bully tried to push one of my daughters off the slide...at the top, and my oldest beat her until she could not move!

The school district said they were going to do an investigation and I told them it was none of their business! It did not happen during school, on school grounds, or during a school event, so my daughter would not be answering any questions and if you ask her about the situation, you will have to deal with me! I told them, that had they “investigated” the initial reports of bullying, then maybe my daughter wouldn’t have had to protect her younger sister from a bully whom THE SCHOOL DISTRICT had allowed to continue to harass others!

My daughter never had another issue with her or the other girls, and they never asked me or my daughter anything about the incident!

Good for him that he understood the need to have workable criteria for deciding when violence is called for instead of hiding inside the usual “Violence is never justified.” With more people like him in the world, vermin like Satan Soros and Satan Obama would have incentives to watch their own behavior.

Glad you were blessed in that way. Parents chose the right thing and the sacrifice was worth it.

Ha.

Yes, I probably am a conscious mindfulness channel for my inner self to express itself outwardly to improving a fallen world. Or something like that. Plus a crabby get off my lawn type when it applies.
