The best thing that states can do is tell the Feds to go pound sand.

Things like this are what happens when liberals are able to meddle in elections.
They create environments where democrats can win, at the state level, with tricks and Republicans let them do it because they don’t want to be WAY-CIST

It was a close election, but for several reasons I think the votes that pushed Beshear over the top were fraudulent.
I don’t know what’s been done since then, but Cameron as AG has probably tried to work on it. Vote fraud here has to be pretty low compared to most places, but not non nonexistent and it wouldn’t have taken much to get King Andy over the threshold.

Effin Beshears in Kentucky are like the Kennedys in MA. People vote for the family name.
Louisville and Lexington are hard left cities and Andy owns the teacher’s union and the public employees.

"Kelly Craft, former U.S. Ambassador to Canada and a 2023 Kentucky gubernatorial candidate, discussed this in a major state publication, writing, “As coal power shut down, it has been replaced by natural gas and, while I support an “all of the above” energy policy, natural gas has limitations. Natural gas price volatility drove Kentuckians’ cost of electricity to all-time highs last year.”LOL at TownRINO pimping this marginal woman destined to become Cameron's Lt. Goobernor.

The good news is, GOP has absolute override supermajorities, and they are so used to using it you’d have to research the last Brassiere veto that actually stood up.

I don’t know that Beshear stole the election. Bevins actually tried to fix Kentucky’s very broken pension system, and this ticked off the teacher big time. It’s not that they voted for Beshear, it’s that they didn’t vote at all as the total votes were way down.

"I assume Beshear stole the Governors race. Has anything been done to prevent it again?"He did not. Kentucky has best practices: optical ballots with receipt; and was also the fastest-to-report-results state in 2020.
- When a woman of Christian conscience was imprisoned in KY -- by the dumb-as-a-stump son of baseball HoF Jim Bunning *spit* -- for refusing to issue a same-sex wedding license ( Miller v. Davis ), it pulled Bevin's 2015 campaign for Goobernor out of the ashes.
- Quick history: after laughably being curb-stomped by Miotch in 2014 for Miotch's Senate seat, Bevin grabbed the Goobership as the booby prize, but as Goobernor, angrily morphed into "Big Daddy", insinuating that casino goers were 'suicidal' ( but the investment firm Bevin worked for was all-in on casinos ).
- In 2019, Bevin inexplicably fired his Lt. Governor, a black woman, thus inciting the ferals in Lou and Lex for revenge.
- Those 5,189 votes could have been scraped back a week before the election, had Bevin just made neutral noises like "let the voters decide" on casinos. "It's the casinos, stupid." Nope, went on radio in both markets and doubled down. "Casino goers in KY have the highest rate of suicide, it's one a day."
- Bevin suppressed his own turnout in one of the worst-run incumbent campaigns in this 21st Century. Bevin wanted out, plain and simple, and Miotch moved too late to replace him.
- Brassiere has NO chance of being re-elected. Zero. None. Nada. Zip. Zero. That is why the GOP primary has -- I shit you not -- 12 dwarves signed up. Cameron wins the primary and he is the next Goobernor.
- Need proof? Brassiere has visited The White Hospice twice in two years and both times went ass-in-hand beggging for a czarship when he is shit-canned on Nov. 7.

I feel for ya, bruh. Used to be a mostly red (and wonderful) state, conservative values; and Lost Wages migras + Horrible Reid destroyed all that in the space of 3 decades.
