So when we couldn't see the video footage, the 'facts' were provided by a deep-state cabal, and were to be regarded as 'truth'. Now, additional footage, which provides information which helps us to further flesh out the events of January 6th, is to be regarded as a lie.

Sure, more information about something never adds to the understanding of anything. If their narrative was so rock solid from the beginning, why not release everything and just make their case with all of the available information?
