I do. An adult is age 18. A ferrel 18 yo is not going to curb the anti-social behavior of a ferrel 15 yo. Nothing will change until all ferrel’s are banned.

YUP; there’s white ones, black ones, red ones, brown ones, and yellow ones.
The word has nothing to do with color anymore, it’s more of an attitude and lack of civility!
Unfortunately it seems to be more wide spread and common in a certain ethnic group.
