The President is NOT an elected dictator. Only Congress can make laws; and, in theory, only if they are Constitutional.

How is the NFA Constitutional ?

How is Social Security Constitutional ?
How is Medicare Constitutional ?
How is the EPA/ATF/OSHA/DOE (Energy and Education) Constitutional ?
How is the Patriot Act Constitutional ?

Its a little late to bring up the Constitution now.

This is one of those magical “no unintended consequences” rules, right?

Name one damn thing from the past 40 years the Democrats have, as a whole, tried making into law, that was Constitutional.

All they do is push illegal, immoral, racist, sexist anti-American Citizen crap down our throats, that usually benefits their own personal bottom line.

This is no surprise they’ll try this shit, gotta throw the base a moldy bone every so often...

Only if buying votes is an unintended consequence.

probably the same way Nixon’s freeze wage and price controls ( covered by congress’s Economic Stabilization Act of 1970)
What it did prove was wage and price controls don’t work in a free market society.

Does that apply to all owners of apartments?

“Massachusetts socialist Ayanna Pressley, who wants a nationwide rent moratorium, recently collected thousands of dollars from rental properties she owns.”

Says the guy named "SecondAmendment".

We won't restore constitutional government if we don't talk about it.

An average 20-30 year old can not afford the housing I did at that age. Many are still living with their parents.

At some point, reality will have to intrude on the housing market. The bubble needs to burst.

This is a symptom of the bubble. Frustrated people are being made to return to offices that they can not afford to live near. I do not agree with the solution, but we as conservatives needs to acknowledge the problem.

Can not imagine why almost all my clients asked me to sell their rental properties. Goodbye to our property management business with two full time and two part time jobs, not counting us.

Brought to you by your government "helpers".

Re #3. You are correct. Nothing in the 18 enumerated powers of congress allows for this.

to pursue all possible strategies to end corporate price gouging in the real estate sector

If there is a legal definition of "price gouging in the real estate sector" I could not find it in the article. Poorly written laws cause many of our problems.

How is stealing classified documents constitutional? How is selling out the county to China and the cartels constitutional? You’ve got to remember - democrats pushed Biden into the Presidency... and all of us have to pay for that horror.
