You live in Philly? The Last good thing that happened there was a free Beach Boys concert in the park. I remember drinking beer with thousands and the local hippie DJ getting thrown in a huge fountain! Fun times...the 80s, I think!

Last time, “they” were harassing pedestrians and drivers with dirt bikes and ATVs. Illegal, but cops do nothing.
P.S. This was a block from Independence Hall.
In this case, it is likely the NAACP was right; a racist did commit the vandalism.
