All lawsuits were rejected without review because the States or people have no standing. If that is not reason enough to review and make changes to the Constitution, I don’t know what is.

That is all that DJT was asserting.

To: I want the USA back

Living and breathing things can be terminated. That is exactly what the Left has been doing for a very long time.

Trump went along with all the lower court rulings that went against him in his acts as president, usually to be vindicated by a higher court.

If he were a tyrant, he would have gone in an Andrew Jackson or Eric Holder direction.

In a broader sense, his stating that rules would have to be terminated, including those in the Constitution, is simply an acknowledgement that the rules have already been short-circuited. If we cannot guarantee a republican form of government (small r), there is no scaffolding on which the rules can rest, so they have already fallen apart.

For everyone who says that “the Democrats would attack any conservative the exact same way”, the difference is that most Republicans wouldn’t load and cock the gun themselves, then hand it to Democrats. Trump says these kind of things that don’t require a whole lot of spinning to make him look really, really bad.

Actually, this is from the Internet Archive:

So, with the revelation of MASSIVE & WIDESPREAD FRAUD & DECEPTION in working closely with Big Tech Companies, the DNC, & the Democrat Party, do you throw the Presidential Election Results of 2020 OUT and declare the RIGHTFUL WINNER, or do you have a NEW ELECTION? A Massive Fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution. Our great “Founders” did not want, and would not condone, False & Fraudulent Elections!

In later captures, this post appears changed or deleted.

The MSM is accurately telling this story, folks.

They didn’t succeed because they were never allowed to actually show the evidence. kept being told “don’t have standing” etc

There is a process for alleging vote fraud, but none of Trump's lawsuits succeeded in court, even before judges who had been appointed by Republicans.

None of them were heard and judged on the evidence. Standing and other excuses.

Trump expresses himself badly.

Whose fault is that, though? I mean, I was willing to cut the guy some slack when he ran in 2016, thinking that he'd learn the ropes, improve his communication discipline, and stop "expressing himself badly" and handing ammo to his critics.

But that never happened. It's now nearly 2023, he had four full years in office, and he still expresses himself badly. And politics being what it is, of course his opponents are going to try to milk every thing they can out of everyone one of those statements. People running for office obviously know that is going to happen, so they work on eliminating those gaffes so their opponents have less ammo.

But Trump either hasn't tried, or can't help himself.

Charles Cooke must believe that political gangsters can steal elections with impunity.

The truth is, for lazy cowards such as Charles Cooke, it’s much easier to attack Donald Trump using markings of the liar media, than it is to expose and pursue the fraud and theft of the 2020 and 2022 elections.

Once again, Donald Trump has proposed dismantling the United States Constitution.

No, no, no! They lie about what President Trump actually said! He said the massive fraud of the type done by the Democrats disables the protections of the rules and regulations and articles of the Constitution. In other words, it’s the Democrats terminating the Constitution!

"tru dat. never trumpers will hear what they want."

Sadly, a lot of people on FR, as well as other sites may be able to read, but they do not comprehend what they read. They need a class on reading comprehension because they end up adding in things that aren't even in the articles.

The problem is there is no clear constitutional remedy for an illegal president usurping power.

Other than public protests/pressure, along with impeachment/removal proces by Congress.

The problem is not The Constitution. The problem is a judiciary that will not uphold constitutional law. “Roe v Wade” is the prime example and there are others.

The concept of abortion being a right due to a “right to privacy” was blatant judicial activism. The laws regarding this are the absolute purview of the individual states. As much as I abhor abortion, I do recognize that California, New York etc. are the law in their individual states least it is a violation of Federal Law. I will actually support their law as I absolutely detest their law.

The always trumpers will hear what they want.

teeman8r wrote: “Trump could have said it better, that fraud negates contracts and election fraud negates constitutional certification.”

Quote the section of the Constitution that states “fraud negates constitutional certification.”
