Is it a crime to damage someone else’s property? and if done by multiple people across state lines is that not a conspiracy to commit a crime subject to federal prosecution?

I mean, if you are going to charge Jan 6th protestors with seditious conspiracy, you have to charge these protestors with criminal conspiracy.

I don’t know how to replace a flat tire. I’d have to call someone who would come help me, thus driving his filthy gas guzzling car/truck to my car. Then, if the tire had to be replaced, I’d have to drive to purchase a new one. And I’m sure I’m not alone. How is this deflation helping the climate?
