These fools were running for office and planning for 20 years. They have made for t.v returns. Trump ran companies for decades worth billions. Slightly different. The government is no long setup for citizen leaders.

"Trump rips Supreme Court after ruling he hand over tax records"

As a side note to this thread, please consider the following.

Somebody needs to get Trump up to speed with the constitutional reality that he, and all taxpayers who actually pay taxes for that matter, are probably paying a bunch of unconstitutional federal taxes.

"Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States." —Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.

Unconstitutional taxes are taxes that very corrupt, alleged election-stealing Democratic and RINO federal lawmakers cannot reasonably justify under Congress's constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers.

This can be done thru the IRS records——can’t it???

Isn’t there an IG for the IRS???

None of this belongs in Congress, IMO.

They claim they are checking into the method by which presidents are audited. I kid you not

Checking into the method by which presidents were audited is clearly a pretext to go after one man. So the court has legalized cops making up lies to target someone. Pretext stops are legal again.

So now if a copper wants to harass some poor Mexican or black dude, and that’s his goal, he can just pretend he was investigating a crime that he actually wasn’t.

The new Congress should immediately subpoena the tax records of the Biden crime family, Obama and Bush

I believe presidential returns are available to the joint committee on tax matters. They are then fully protected under the disclosure laws. Providing them in this manner may not be under disclosure rules. I don’t know. What I do know is there is not going to be a line on the filing for payments from Russia. Furthermore this committee is charged with the Jan 6th matter not the entire gamut of his activities. Nothing but political harassment.

Something the MSM will never reveal.

They want, and need to paint Trump, as a criminal, while knowing they played a part in actually having one elected to the office of President.

The threat of harassment, destruction on ordinary citizens by the DOJ , FBi is what prevents the masses from saying “ enough”, if you can do this to a former president, then you can certainly destroy us.

If and when a Democrat President is ever sued to release his tax returns, the Supreme Court will ignore their previous order like they did with Bush v. Gore (2000), and side with the Democrat.

If Trump regains the WH, he might suggest a Congressional investigation into the taxes of the SCOTUS justices. All of ‘em.

This is insane, for what possible purpose do politicians need the tax returns of any person in the US, to do their jobs?

The sad and infuriating thing about following that amendment is that the States would tax above a rate of current state andfed. Taxes combined.

On the other hand, it's easier for states to make recall laws.
