Problem with these investigations is nothing ever comes out of them. Doesn’t matter how much evidence there is either but at least it’s not manufactured evidence like the Jan 6th BS.

Biden admitted on TV he pressured the president of Ukraine to fire the prosecutor as he investigated Burisma, that employed Hunter and if he didn’t fire him he wouldn’t get the billions promised. Admitted Quid Pro Quo and interference and then Joe becomes president.

So they can investigate all they want but without people in prison then it’s all for nothing.

If CNN knows so much, they can’t claim executive privilege, unless of course CNN is lying as usual. Anyway, it sounds like they are expecting the Republican investigation to go like Dem investigations. Bad miscalculation. We have real prosecutors who really investigate. They have media circuses.

Oh yeah, all the politically driven law fare, hoaxes, fabricated evidence, and illegal persecutions against Trump and his allies over the last 6 years weren't investigative overreach, but now that the FBI and DOJ's corruption has been exposed and the in-you-face illegalities of the bidens is sitting there like low hanging fruit, the Mockingbird State Media's take on it is suddenly....

"Republicans pounce"

Isn’t it true that congress can’t prosecute. So their findings will be turned over to
DOJ for prosecution.

That’s not going to end well. Maybe they should start with Merrick Garland.

I just want to get to the truth about Joe and Hunter.

It’s the “investigations will backfire” press meme of the day.

And the MSM will do everything to promote that story. Don’t they have any interest in getting corruption out of the government?

They start with the assumption that the American people don’t want the crimes of the Biden family to be exposed. Everything that follows is equally fallacious and flawed. Not surprising from a group of folks that think men can get pregnant.

The principal prep work will be distributing talking points to the media and lining up a couple of lawyers to stonewall every inquiry. The way the democrats play the game now, they will burn four years off the clock without breaking a sweat.

...White House officials believe Republicans are bound to overstep and that their investigative overreach will backfire with the American public.

Like the massive “overreach” of a sham “Russia” con, two sham baseless “impeachments,” a raid on Trump’s house, and now subpoenas did? None of all that grossly illegal and downright immoral activity got much of a rise out of the public.

Brock put out a 15 page memo titled, “A SWAT Team to Counter Republican Congressional Investigations,” which has been “circulating among major Democratic donors, members of Congress, and others,” according to the Times.

New Democrat Group Led By David Brock
to Mount Multi-Million Dollar Campaign to Undermine GOP Investigations
American Greatness ^ | 17 Nov, 2022 | Debra Heine
Posted on 11/18/2022, 8:21:51 AM by MtnClimber

In the wake of the Republican midterm election trickle, a coalition of left-wing Democrats led by Media Matters founder David Brock is planning a multimillion-dollar counteroffensive against congressional Republicans.

With funding from some of the biggest donors in Democrat politics, Brock’s new nonprofit group, “Facts First USA,” plans undermine congressional Republicans as soon as they take control the House of Representatives.

The group intends to spend $5 million-a-year to push back against an expected onslaught of investigations into Joe Biden’s incompetent and corrupt administration, as well as his notoriously corrupt family’s foreign business dealings.

Brock has stepped away from his position as chairman of Media Matters and American Bridge, “to focus on Facts First USA, for which he will serve as president,” the New York Times reported on Thursday.

After the 2016 election, Brock, through his American Bridge PAC, began concocting a project to “hobble the Trump Administration with lawsuits, media criticism and new media competition.”

Now, his new group “Facts First USA” and the White House appear to be working together to hobble any investigation into the Biden regime’s rampant malfeasance. Together, they are reportedly assembling opposition research intended to cast Republicans conducting oversight as hypocrites, “pointing to those who defied subpoenas in the congressional investigation into the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol.”

Snip.....rest on FR

The Republicans better have all the evidence they need, because they aren’t going to get a shred (pun intended) more from the DOJ, Bidens or the Democrats.

Let’s see how many of them go to jail for defying actual legal subpoenas . . .

I have this concern with the J6 committee records. All of that needs to be protected and turned over to the new Congress in January and it needs to be mined with a fine-tooth comb. Everything you listed plus every device used for communication by everyone and their uncle who was a part of that travesty. Simply use the same techniques they used, and perform a scorched earth investigation for 2 years.

The "law" is only as good as the ability to apply violence for it's enforcement.
