It would make absolutely no sense to have an election standard like that. Elections cost a great deal to administer. Assuring accurate results is one objective, probably the primary objective, but somewhere down the list is a goal of administering a proper election at close to minimal reasonable expense to the taxpayers. If you had a standard like that - you would have endless objections leading to invalidation of elections, and requiring endless re-runs.
I’d rather my taxpayer money went to fair elections than about 90% of the crap it goes to now. only thing more important maybe is emergency services and national defense. what good is everything else if people dont have a fair voice in government? we are slaves then....

With a legal pathway to have the 2022 Arizona elections for governor and senate annulled, a petition should be filed to have the 2020 presidential election annulled.
Perhaps there are laws in other states that provide the ability to annul elections that Democrats won. If we can get a voter in every state and in every district to demand that an election be annulled, constitutional conservatives would gain enough seats to win control.

How is it amazing? There were zero consequences for stealing 2020. Of course they’d do it again. Hang a few and things MAY change. Do nothing and things won’t change.
That is it in a nutshell! Same with the 2020 elections; the media says that no evidence has been presented - presented... lots of solid evidence was submitted to the courts and denied! Documented evidence of foreign intrusion cyber fraud was offered to the SCOTUS; the 'conservative' justices were reported to have wanted to accept the case; word is that Chief Justice John Roberts said 'NO!' {?}

When Trump’s lawyers submitted the evidence to the Supreme court, they said that Trump had no standing in the case.

Good point! I posted recently that almost all of the 2022 election results benefit the Chinese. Most of what has happened in politics nationally since the last year of the Trump presidency has benefited the Chinese - admittedly via the 'Rats - AND Papa Joe Bitem.
Considering the election day debacle in Maricopa County, they should have ample reasons to be disenfranchised.

They are pissing in the wind again. The GOP knew what they did in 2020 and went along with it to get rid of Trump. Then they actually expected the Democrats not to do the same thing again in 2022? Yeah I know the GOP is that stupid. They had a two year window to correct all the issues of 2020, and refused to do anything except in a few states.
Right now AZ, NV and PA are gone as red states and they will not be returning to the fold. The Democrats count the votes and know there are no consequences for cheating. In 2024 I would look for the GOP to take significant loses in the state legislatures of these states, they will become like the California GOP, there but not really worth anything in a few districts.

How To Remove Communists From the Republic
See Foster v. Love (1997) SCOTUS (9-0). 'Delay of game' in counting causes UNLAWFUL election as election results shall be published on Election Day (b4 midnite), and if not, and not a runoff condition, then UNLAWFUL election from delay affects other states' rights to fair election. Now it seems AZ used different paper lengths between mail and in-person voting, which affects (R) more than (D), and increased the adjudication rate so the ballots could be altered.
Clearly this was meant to introduce vote fraud into the election and deny voting rights to qualified citzens and other states, rendering the election UNLAWFU, null and void. Once a state judge rules their election UNLAWFUL, quo warranto actions can be filed in Fed court to remove the cheaters after they are inaugurated.
Then Congress can elect their leaders and use the 14th Amendment to remove the offending state(s) for denying its citizens the results of an fair election, and reducing its apportionment by the percentage of citizens denied their votes (everyone in a null and void election).

So true. The rats did in 2022 as they did in 2020. Elections have become placebos. They’re insignificant sugar cubes that make democracy safe for rat rule.

There is precious little time to pressure our state legislators to apply for an Article V Convention of the States.
Yet I understand that most Freepers will continue to pretend that their votes matter.
