Is it true that McConnell tanked Senate races by not funding candidates like Masters?

Then why did so many of them win?

If what you are saying is true, they all should have lost.

I forget the exact figures now, but Trump spent far less than Clinton and won.

So he was essentially abandoned, twisting in the wind according to your logic.

Wouldn’t you agree?

They didn't touch the lack of funding for Walker in GA.

Giving shade, trying to make The Turtle less vulnerable.

Does Trump have a response to this criticism? If so I have not seen it.

It looks like you're too ignorant to figure out on your own the Deep State game plan. Allow me...

If 45 spent his war chest in the mid terms what would he have to run on in 2024?

Get it?

Instead, he’s kept almost all of it in the bank. That’s not appropriate.

You, like the Deep State, want 45 broke with no war chest for 2024?

It was election fraud that prevented the Red Wave from winning, for the Red Wave was real and it existed. The GOPe just refuses to fight the election fraud.

I AGREE with you 100%.

Thanks to mail-in ballots, drop boxes, rule changes, etc, vote counts can now be easily rigged resulting in VOTE FRAUD.

Those placing the BLAME on VOTERS don't know their A$$ from a hole in the ground!

It’s uncomfortable for people on here to admit but it is 100% fact that Trump failed to spend much on the candidates he endorsed.

When did that job fall from the hands of the Republican party itself?
Financing Republican candidates for election is the party's #1 JOB, isn't it?
What happened BEFORE 45? The party funded candidates.

He is sitting on something like $100 million which he told donors would be used to fund Republicans running for Congress.

Yet ANOTHER player siding with the Deep State wanting 45 to have no war chest for 2024.

All lies and BS!

...if Oz and Masters had been experienced politicians, if only for 1 term, instead of complete novices, there’s a good chance they would have won this outing.

PLEASE! HUNDREDS of people run for office with no prior experience (complete novices) and they win elections.

Pure BS for your lips.

It sure is odd that the MSM, and you for that matter, aren't covering the shenanigans of FTX's Sam Bankman-Fried.

It seems you would rather push the 45 smear button.

Your priorities, like your slip, is showing.

Snicker...

“Swamp enabler” GOP pols gave us the current Supreme Court majority. They also kept in check the bills the Democrats tried to push through. A “swamp enabler” Republican majority would not have passed the misnamed Inflation Reduction Act.

Rick Scott says Senate GOP leadership ‘caved’ to Democrats
Scott, the chair of the Senate Republicans’ campaign arm, told Maria Bartiromo on Fox News channel’s “Sunday Morning Futures” that Republicans “caved in on the debt ceiling, caved in on a gun bill, caved in on a fake infrastructure bill.”

[My NY CD-3.

A flip from blue to a 9 point red win.

Not sure if Trump endorsed him but....

He was peacefully and patriotically at the January 6th protest and he refused to apologize for it. ]

That is a good pick, but not really the result of Trump’s special efforts. The guy had run for office once before, and Trump held no rallies with him and, as usual, donated no cash. Even in marginal New York districts, Trump is toxic enough that he’d represent a gratis GOTV effort for the Democrats if he showed up.

The New York pickups are the result of the downticket effects of Lee Zeldin’s incredible campaign, which did a lot with half the money spent on Blake Masters. Zeldin came within 6 points of Hochul. (Four years earlier, Cuomo had beaten his opponent by 26 points). Maybe Zeldin should be the head of the RNC. Unlike McDaniel, whose claims to fame are (1) Trump loyalist and (2) Romney’s niece, Zeldin has actually run a serious campaign and come from behind to almost pull through in a solid blue state.

[Virtually no one undecided was showing up to those rallies...and unfortunately they motivate the base, but also the opposition almost equally.]

I’m skeptical that these rallies motivate the base. That’s like saying Dead concerts motivate the Deadheads who attend. These definitely motivate the opposition, though - whether Trump or Romney held them. That, and the huge expense, is why the Dems avoid them. They understand these things don’t work. The size of the Democrat vote underlines the fact they *could* do them. They don’t because it’s waste of everyone’s time and money. In Trump’s case, that’s tens of millions of dollars. Better to corral volunteers to make calls and knock on doors.

Um, I don't know, why couldn't he run on money he raises between now and 2024? Wouldn't that be better than using money that people donated expecting to help elect Republican candidates in 2022, not to help Trump in 2024? It smells like a bait-and-switch, but I'm sure the fine print proves otherwise. As for donors who didn't read the fine print...

I hoped and expected that Trump would have made a convincing response to that accusation by now, and that I had missed it. Guess not.
