In Philadelphia? Larry Krasner probably won’t even charge them with a felony. And if apprehended, they’ll be released immediately pending trial.

My brother toured the Temple campus with his dtr because she thought she wanted to go there for college....one look around and there was no way in hell he'd let her go there......

Besides a few high end cell phones these days, college kids are usually more broke than a joke.
It was common for my college friends to have single or double digits in the bank with maxed low-limit credit cards. Good luck buying more than a candybar with those stolen cards LOL
