The elections clause of the constitution provides that the LEGISLATURE makes elections laws in each state.
The legislature. Not the executive branch. Not the Judiciary.
SCOTUS needs to make it explicit in their ruling in the North Carolina case that the legislature is the sovereign body here and state courts may not overrule elections laws passed by the legislature unless they can show that such laws are discriminatory.
Maybe we need a ballot that came with a DVD telling them where to make their mark, they would get it right.

The ONLY reason they want to count them is that most are Democrat votes.
If Republicans tended to vote by mail, Democrats would demand jail time for anybody who even suggested counting them.

The US Marshals answer to the courts. Maybe some local law enforcement can lock the Commies up. That would be fun, too. Any patriot sheriffs left in PA to take this situation in hand and end Communist sedition in the Commonwealth?

This is simple, if the Supreme Court did mean to make a more substantive ruling, then it will act fast. It does not like to be ignored.
If it didn’t, then the sec of state of PA is correct and their cheating can continue unabated.
If a PA sheriff promised to deputize any citizen who wanted to join up to restore integrity to PA elections by any means necessary might just convince me to drive out there and take the oath.
