Yup. I have no doubt that will happen. We are slowly becoming Brazil. Or maybe not so slowly.
I see death squads coming if the crime rates keep increasing.
I can not for the life of me figure out why we are supposed to cross at corners—the most dangerous places to cross the road especially since right turn on red was implemented. Crosswalks should be in the middle of blocks where you only have to watch out for traffic from 2 directions, not 4.
