Yes, I agree with you. Every time we flitter away billions there’s never an accounting of where the money went or what it was spent on. I believe millions are stolen, even billions every time money goes out like this and it’s now the norm, the usual shafting and theft from the American taxpayer.

You call them losers but they sure seem like winners to me. They stopped the Russian Army flat in its tracks at the gates of Kyiv and have had a good track record of destroying Russian units since then. When their President asked for ammo, not a ride, he seems to have meant it.
