A joke could not be more benign than that.

Indeed. As I think Jerry Seinfeld has stated, you can’t do comedy today because anything said is taken as offensive.
“Anyone remember how many weeks Saturday Night Live milked President Fords stumble down the stairs of Air Force One?”
Chevy Chase mocked it for years at the beginning of the show for multiple seasons.
Liberals are upset because it was a clean joke and liberals only laugh at dirty jokes.
Wrong. They're just following the rules. So they are being "woke". That's why they are lame and "not" funny. Prager did a video about this.
Seinfeld had a car in that shop. Everyone was warned that no one was to make eye contact with him while he's in the shop.
Sounds like something that “Laugh In” would have done in the quickies. Back when we could make fun of politicians and anybody else.
Yes. That one.
This just in: Chevy Chase’s career is still dead.
I even referenced the Jimmy Carter "Inflation is our friend" skit, yesterday on a thread.
Ross Denton: Rodney, can you please tell us, how big is the president?
Rodney Dangerfield: Oh, he’s a big guy, I’ll tell you that, he’s a big guy. I tell you he’s so big, I saw him sitting in the George Washington bridge dangling his feet in the water! He’s a big guy!
Rosalyn Carter: Oh my God! Jimmy! Oh God!
Rodney Dangerfield: Oh, he’s big, I’ll tell you that, boy. He’s so big that when two girls make love to him at the same time, they never meet each other! He’s a big guy, I’ll tell you!
And now Jon Lovitz is a conservative.
I went back and watched Tim’s old standup specials, hillarious.
