Maybe it’s just me, but the world COULD use a good old-fashioned, cleansing FLOOD of Biblical proportions right about now. ;)

Charlsetown SC has the same waterfront from the 1600’s.
100% this has to be one of the “Zombie Towns” they are talking about.
A typical house on the harbor is 150 years old and is $1,000 per Sqft on Zillow. They don’t appear to have gotten the memo.

making certain areas unlivable long before they’re uninhabitable, effectively creating zombie towns,
Irina, those are called “cities” and they are that way
because they are run by democrats.

We need to stop worrying about “rising sea levels” and start building desalinization plants. The way the thirsty bass turds flooding across the border are drinking up all of our water, they’ve just about drunk the Colorado River and both lakes, Powell and Mead completely dry. The Vegas mob doesn’t have anywhere to hide the bodies anymore.

There are more zombie towns created by economic decline than raising oceans.

An optimist would point out that a rising sea lifts all boats.

Maybe we'd all be better served worrying about Continental Drift if, in fact, we need MORE to worry about? Wonder if I can find a way to create a fake 'crisis' and make some money off of it as have my 'betters.' *SMIRK*

“...unlivable long before they’re uninhabitable...”
Isn’t “unlivable” the same as “uninhabitable”??????
Uninhabitable means you can live there...
These people are certifiable....

Most of the built infrastructure of the US didn’t exist 100 years ago.
There’s no reason to believe that it will exist 100 years from now.
People move, adapt, build anew.

When Brandon went to Cornwall in the U.K. a picture was taken of the beach. As it happens there was a picture available that was shot 99 years earlier. Shoreline was exactly the same.
But if the oceans should rise, they have before historically, or the land should sink, humans will move inland. It’s how we’ve managed to survive all this time.

That’s why Caliph Baraq purchased one ocean front place in Mass and is building another in Hawaii, right?

That’s a local record. The global average is currently about 0.14 inches per year. That’s not fast enough to make my house beachfront property in my lifetime, unfortunately.

...a new analysis from nonprofit environmental group Climate Central that looks at the financial impact of sea-level rise over the coming century.Starting premise: Sea levels WILL rise.
They don't evaluate whether that is true or false.
