That is exactly the democrat agenda.
Any requirement for licensing or a permit is a clear violation of the rights recognized by the second amendment. Only constitutional carry is in agreement with the Constitution.
No restrictions upon who, what, where, when any citizen may carry a weapon. Punish those who commit crimes with their weapons; leave the rest of us alone.
