Yes. His behavior seems out of fear of being exposed. He let the laptop story die and did nothing, that was his watch.
He also ordered US attys to stand down on vote fraud so it was never investigated.

Evidence of treason from inside government, including then VP Biden and political elite's attempt to overthrow the US Government and a legally elected POTUS.
Trump has the evidence. He declassified it, he can do with it, store it any way, anywhere he pleases.
THAT is really what this is all about. AND the sole reason for the raid. They didn't find anything, now they're scared sh!tless!
So Barr thinks it’s just fine to raid a former president’s private home. How would he feel about a raid on Obama’s home? Doesn’t Obama have millions of documents in his keeping? Hillary too. Barr is beholden to someone.
Why does Barr think anyone cares about what he thinks he’s a washed up has been who is going no where.
I’m skeptical of Barr’s skepticism.
They should be executed as domestic enemies of the constitution and as a warning to future bureaucrats that they aren’t in charge, we the people are.
Barr should know this. Yet there he was spreading false information.

Saying the truth about Hunter Biden’s laptop might have affected the election. In effect, saying, the truth should not interfere with an election.
