Yes, you have “class justice” in America. If you are rich and smart, you can literally commit murder and their are decent odds you might never see a prison. Or you can fly to an island, screw some under age girls, and nothing will happen.
The DOJ is led by a bunch of Democrat political hacks. It became nasty under the Obama administration with Comey, Holder and Lynch. Since then, the senior leaders have all been huge libtards and it was obvious that if you want to get into the senior executive schedule ranks, you need to bow down and swear allegiance.
I couldn't do it.
In fact, I had an opportunity open up where I could retire and I took it ASAP. It was nasty, that is the only way to put it.
If you were to take most of the senior leaders in the FBI and ambush them with 10 simple questions, you would be surprised. Most would fail if asked about the Bill of Rights and you'd see that these folks sworn to uphold the US Constitution literally do not even know what is written in it.
The leaders are all politicians, on board with whatever the flavor of the day is. Few exhibit any leadership talent, moral courage, principals or understanding of what their oath and position actually is intended to protect. There is a mercenary mentality and they would do ANYTHING to further their career. I truly believe many would be that guy putting folks on a train to Auschwitz and keep records of how great they did to brag to their superiors.
And we thought Eric Holder was bad. It should tell us something that Obama and the democrats wanted this asshat on the SC so badly. Him and Joe are acting like co-tyrants.
Preparing them for the coming arrest of OMB. Garland wants to control what he decides to leak to his Bff media.

I know two people that are Federal employees that ran for city council.
Both ran as independents BUT:
One is currently the Republican committee chair of that city
and the other wanted help from the Republican committee.
Not sure how the first one is able to do it and as for the second one, there was absolutely no desire on the part of the committee to give this guy any help at all, even setting aside the potential legal issues.
I get the impression that the Hatch act works like everything else in the FedGov...what you can get away with just depends on who you know.
