I’m fairly certain one cannot go up to another and randomly hit them, unprovoked as they walk to their car. Its got to be a type of assault or battery.

Yeah...or in my case back in the day, there is 2am drunk when pretty much anything will do as long as she’s not heinous, and there is attacking foreigners drunk of which I have never been.....yet. :)

Because one woman just decides to get angry and go after four others in an empty parking lot. That makes sense. Drink probably gave her some spine but I’d bet something we didn’t see happened to set her off first.
Doesn’t make what happened right. I just think we’re missing some context.

I believe that even just accosting someone, saying “go back to India you bum!” or whatever is assault, and if you strike them that is battery.
So yeah, free speech and all, you can calmly stand somewhere and say “I think all Indians should be thrown out of the country” but you can’t be charging up to Indian people and screaming at them.
Of course, if you’re an insane, drug addicted, homeless person, you CAN do all those things!

That was not terroristic. That kind of dialogue goes on daily around the country and around the world. She was walking off. It was not terror, but formerly known as crude, possibly drunken behavior. The police powers have been weaponized to enforce political correctness.
A possible prison term just for cussing someone out?
These are different times. You can get fired for posting something on Facebook.
They did the same at Disney world. Hour long waits on rides and they just cut in front of everybody. Staff did not care. And yes, i was ready to assualt them.
how often to members of a certain race make similar ‘terrorist’ threats to white people who venture into large cities? Of course, that’s ok and not a crime.
