The fact the threats were leaked by the FBI means that the threats also originated with the FBI, or with someone on their behalf. Perhaps the point of the raid was to create a situation where the public could be convinced that the FBI was being threatened by Trump supporters because of what they did.
Then, the FBI would be able to continue to harass Trump supporters, or worse, follow through with a false flag attack as Hostage suggests.

About 210 people were arrested for rioting in DC on the day of Trump's inauguration. This included smashed windows, arson, damage to police vehicles and private autos, disorderly conduct, attacks against police, and entry into prohibited areas.

According to an article in England's left-wing newspaper, The Guardian, NONE of these people were ever convicted of a crime. Most had the charges dropped, and the handful who went to trial were acquitted by Trump-hating DC juries.
