This new generation of Republicans, led by DeSantis, don’t care about negative press or the Left calling them names.

You're absolutely right if you add Trump's name to that as one of the main movers and shakers. Ron De Santis didn't start it, Trump did.

There are not Republican and Democratic victims, just victims.

Democrats are victims of their own stupidity and ignorance.

Listened to a couple of his past videos - pretty arrogant individual. Like most he’s more than a little p’od his future career moves just got cut off. He had big plans.....so he’s going to try and fight this. Other prosecutors will be watching this case very closely. Unfortunately people in Government offices always believe they are immune to ever loosing their positions....which is why the biggest crooks seek office in the first place.

His ‘brand’ was to pick and choose which laws to enforce. People would eventually reach some stage where they thought more laws were needed to fix what he wouldn’t enforce....when sufficient laws were on the books already.

The police? They were just standing there. If you wouldn’t prosecute people arrested for actual crimes...then why bother investigating?

Just a hint, but up in Minneapolis (Floyd territory)...city prosecutor wasn’t really doing much on counterfeit currency. You could look back now and view the moment that Floyd floated the fake $20, and wonder how things could have been reshaped.

Yep, that is the Democrat definition — unless it is a law they agree with and they then want the death penalty for you if you don’t abide by it.

More to the point: he gets a trial before the Senate, and they can disqualify him from holding the office in the future

Reminds me of Governor Jan Brewer deciding to enforce the border because Obama admin refused, and then the Obama admin suing Arizona for daring to enforce the law the feds had chosen to ignore.

Good riddance to bad rubbish.

Here's hoping that Soros-stooge Andrew Warren is just the first of many.

Well, if the Florida Constitution allows for the suspension of rogue attorneys, and that was approved in a vote, that’s democracy, or if a law allows the suspension, then THAT’S democracy . . .

Maybe Warren will get Antifa to fight his way back in. So, who would win that one? FSP sharpshooters or Antifa? I think we know the answer.

Article V Section 1 of the Florida Constitution:

SECTION 1. Governor.— (a) The supreme executive power shall be vested in a governor, who shall be commander-in-chief of all military forces of the state not in active service of the United States. The governor shall take care that the laws be faithfully executed, commission all officers of the state and counties, and transact all necessary business with the officers of government.

Emphasis, mine.
