I think after the initial blunder Ukraine got finally some donated MiGs a while ago.
It was under a thin diplomatic cover of “a donation of some MiG spare parts”, but these spare parts were like part 1: a MiG, part 2: a rearview mirror you have to mount on yourself.
I believe it though I missed it.
Par for the course though that these gutless wonders cannot just come out with the truth
it would be western pilots. I think all advanced tech has western operators. a lot of reports saying exactly this on the MLRS HIMARS

Considering the conditions, I doubt any planes sent to Ukraine would last more than two weeks if they were based in country - too easy for the Russians to hit them on the ground. I wonder if we have any better defensive means against the Russian missiles than the Ukraine has. Since we haven’t sent any, I assume the S-300 and S-400 systems are better than anything we currently have.
I don’t mean to dispute what you’ve posted, but either the Russians now have a HIMARS system (the rumors are that they were SOLD one) and now know how to defend against it, or they’ve done it on their own. Stopping 12 out of 12 missiles in the second attack says something has changed.
