Much diminished? Anyone with eyes can see he’s suffering from dementia, declining by the day. And he was never too bright to begin with - he was a mean-spirited thin-skinned partisan hack throughout his career. His dementia and decline only heightens those qualities.

I loved it that unlike with Trumps visit with all the huge celebration and fanfare...Biden was received at the airport by a party whose highest ranked official was Khalid bin Faisal Al Saud, the ‘governor of Mecca’ province. Princess Reema bint Bandar, the Saudi ambassador to the US, was also there to greet Biden.
That is one miserable-looking bunch.
I saw the Biden and the Trump receptions

Biden’s was more like a wake. He slinked into the building like he was
sneaking in. LOL
IIRC that pic was taken when POTUS Trump 1st arrived at the WH. Which means that was obamas coven.
That was rumor on an oil trading blog yesterday. Not confirmed so it is just that a rumor. Does not make sense but you never know.
Anywhere Biden goes you watch as various people direct him like aides in a nursing home would. And they treat him like one rather than a President. They have no choice.
At a White House function a few months ago, Biden is in the
same room as Obama. Biden is off on the side looking like
a wind up toy that has just about reached the end of it’s
wind up power, moving just a bit to his left and then back
to the right. Just about six fee away, here’s this guy
with the look of a six year old who just met his favorite
baseball hero, shaking hands with Obama.
Biden was alone. Obama had this small throng around him.
It was as revealing as it was revolting. People know who
has the power.

Well the relationship was clearly in the ditch before Biden arrived. Calling Saudi a ‘Pariah” and then saying later he meant it didn’t help when you’re begging for oil increase.
Furthermore Biden saying it was for the International community breathes World Order and he was trying to be “Rescueman”....so he could be a hero....stunk to high heaven.
