hubby, who USED to be a RABID Steelers fan (tattoo and everything) gave it up with the woke crowd took over with the kneeling crap. He hasn’t looked back since.
I recall seeing a good letter to the editor suggesting “Taxpayers’ Stadium.”
Withdraw from supporting the NFL and be squarely behind the USFL. Make the USFL the Patriot league.
Corporate sponsorships bring in big amounts of money. Some sponsorships are worth millions of dollars a year to teams and cities, owners of stadiums. It’s hard to refuse such funding.
No, I totally get it. For example, SoFi is paying the Rams $20M a year for the next 20 years. Hard to turn that down.

ACME (American Stores) is a supermarket chain founded in Philadelphia in the late 1800s.
Yes, I know. They used to be my go-to supermarket, but from 2017 on they started going downhill. There are a couple in my area, but they’re no longer worth shopping it.

“They drove a dump truck full of money up to my house. I’m not made of stone!”

Kezar Stadium
Wilson Stadium
RFK Stadium/Jack Kent Cooke Stadium

On the other hand the Donks and Squaws (Broncos and Chiefs) keep the stadium names by selling naming rights to the FIELD itself.
Ahhh...much better. Thank-you.
From another site:
- CEO Greg Williams recently teamed up with Russell Wilson, Ciara & Russell Westbrook to create Evolution Advisors, a venture “focused on the insurance and financial service needs of minorities and diverse communities.”
This from the team that brought “rep-uh-muh-rayshuns” to the NFL under the auspices of the Rooney Rule.
