“””He either enlisted or was drafted to fight in Vietnam.”””

What does that mean?

“What does that mean?”

Voluntarily enlisted or was drafted.

Little Churchill needs to get busy and raise that reconstruction money. The green stuff that allows his junta to leave town under cover of darkness.

Exactly - with “failure” emphasized.

Does Ukraine still have an army or or they having to recruit old ladies now?

I guess they censor the news in that cubicle you are sitting in. Ukraine has a pretty good army. In the past they were not considered a military power, but now they are since they have thwarted the Russian army for months.

The Russian military used to be considered one of the top military forces in the world. Not so much anymore.

That was the choice for more than 30 years if you wanted to serve our country, since 1973 the only way to serve is to enlist, it seemed that you were implying that he had no choice and had to choose one or the other instead of choosing not to serve at all, like most people do.

The vast majority of our men in Vietnam were volunteers, unlike WWII.

“...it seemed that you were implying that he had no choice and had to choose one or the other instead of choosing not to serve at all, like most people do.”

I implied nothing of the sort. At the time though many volunteered to serve, there were others who were drafted. I was unaware of this Freeper’s status - so I included both voluntary enlistment or draft.

WarDonbass
Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Danilov also announced that the mobilization measures will affect everyone, and “soon millions will go through the war.”

But they won’t “pass”, but “leave” - the irretrievable losses of the Ukrainian formations taking part in the hostilities amount to 30-40 percent of the personnel - and these are usual figures.

Ukrainians commenting on Danilov’s statements rightly point out that among these millions there will not be his sons, whom he took abroad, saving him from the war. @WarDonbass

Honor with what? We are more bankrupt than Mexico with national debt 135% of our GDP. How much more bankrupt you want us to be?

Just because you choose to be ignorant (and foul-mouthed) doesn’t mean the rest of us are obliged to as well.

Where are Danilov’s kids? Right, they are hiding in London. His mother is in Donetsk, supports the Russian army and donates to the LDNR militia.
