The Nine Sovereigns at Windsor for the funeral of King Edward VII.

John Quincy Adams makes almost every other politician look pale in comparison. His reputation is marred by his Presidential Term (1825-29) when he was weakened by the first House of Representatives arbitration as none of the 4 top Candidates got a majority and it was only his support in the House with Henry Clay that won him the Presidency. Still, when he was in office, he was not equal to the new politics as represented by Andrew Jackson, and the ramping-up problems with the new sectionalism, slavery and the distinct new political party system that grew out of the 1824 election mess!

Still, he is the only man to have been a US Representative, US Senator, US Ambassador, US Secretary of State AND US President! The famous Monroe Doctrine, that sought to keep new European colonialism out of the Western Hemisphere, was as much his creation as it was President Monroe's. That said, it was also the implicit backing of Great Britain and the Royal Navy that gave its teeth in those early years!
