Ask Andrew Cuomo how the unSAFE act worked out...
nearly no one registered their “assault weapons”, and nobody sold or surrendered their standard capacity mags.
Tell em to pizz off
In my great lakes county, I would be surprised that they could get enough officers or volunteers to enforce it. (Though they could being in foreigners like China did in Tiananmen square)
It is just constant lawfare by democrats against its citizens.
Remember who is really to blame. It is all democrat party voters.
Reminds me of Bloomberg limiting soda sizes.
So, how many bullets will three 10 round magazines hold? Hummmmmmm!!!
FReepmail me if you want to be added to or deleted from the list.

Fell into the job when the current gov bailed for commerce secretary job
Unfortunately that's not true. The court of appeals reversed it.
It'll probably will end up at SCOTUS but who knows when.
We up here in Washington state have just had a ban on "hi-cap" mags too.
Supreme Court uses the lower courts for the "bad cop" part.
Magazine bans are currently constitutional (9th Circuit). So are bans on semi-automatic rifles (7th Circuit).
Lawsuits aside, what is being done to replace these elected officials or are they doing what their residents and voters want? And does the state have initiatives? Are the state residents moving along like sheep? (I had not read before this that they were enacting this law in Delaware.)
How about ‘F*** you’? Does ‘F*** you’ work for you?
No?
Then ‘F*** you’!
Every Blue state will quickly make all sorts of punitive laws against gun owners, to make things harder for them and to get “revenge” on the Supreme Court.
Yeh, that’ll happen. 😏
See my tagline.
Maryland has a ban on buying or selling 11+ round magazines, but nothing on possession. I can get to four other states within an hour that have no such bans. It’s perfectly legal to possess.
I’m sure they’ll try again but per SCOTUS, Maryland just became a shall issue state this week.
Ah
Ah
Guaranteed.
Cert Petition, Duncan v. Bonta [Beccera], filed Feb 28, 2022. SCOTUS Docket 21-1194
It's almost a certainty that SCOTUS will deny to hear the appeal, so magazine bans will be upheld as constitutional.
NJ has a similar ban, also involving a petition to SCOTUS. ANJRPC v. Grewal (SCOTUS 20-1507).
The New York law just struck down had been in efffect for over 100 years.
SCOTUS is playing "good cop" part of "good cop, bad cop," but the bad cop is the one really in control. SCOTUS knows this, obviously, see petitions for certiorari.
The court system lacks integrity. There are sufficient players and precedents that any outcome is possible.
