More Uke Propaganda. If they are doing so well—why do they need BILLIONS of dollars in money and war junk? hey should just launch an attack and kick Russians out? Why? Because they can’t. A Platoon is cut off and surrenders—its not the end of the war.
Not even a platoon. A couple of squads.
Almost as bad as claiming the Ukrainians are cut off, surrounded, with no resupply and are going to get annihilated in a few days....Back in April 4th
So the same idiot propagandists who claim that Russia is facing thousands of casualties every day is now calling the surrender of 14 dudes a “mass surrender?” LOL.
Since when is 14 soldiers a “mass surrender”?
Oh, yes! Let’s add that to the Russian:
-Colonels that are killed every day
-Generals that are killed every other day
-The loss of Karkhiv to the Ukes
-The 100 Russian planes shot down
-Cancer that has killed Putin
You get the idea.
At this pace of losing the special military operation, Russia will take over what’s left of Ukraine next week.
Yeah. Hard to imagine how the surrender of an entire platoon would be described.
A LARGE group of Russian troops have surrendered to Ukrainian forces...

One squad.
Did a canuck, I mean cuck, write this headline?
14 LOL
did they bring dog snacks?
It would be a useful buffer zone - if they can get rid of all the Ukrainians still there. Yes, they will need to exterminate them or drive them all into Western Europe.
But even so, the Russians will press onward to more defensible geographic features in Lithuania, Estonia, Moldavia, and parts of Poland before they are done. This will shorten the borders of their conquered zones and make them easier to hold.
They don't need the cities or the people in those zones.
They are counting on strangling Germany and Turkey, with control of energy supplies to those countries. That effectively takes them out of NATO and takes NATO out of consideration as an opponent.
It might work. It is a race against dwindling supplies of ammunition, equipment, and men. If they fail, the Russians will never get another chance to do it. And their nation will die. It may actually be dying already, even without the war.
My guess is that the Russians are fully committed and will press on, even if Putin is replaced by another leader. And all of the potential replacements are even more extreme than Putin.
A horror show is coming with the "New World Order". We do not have any good options here.
Let’s see what happens now if the heavy long range howitzers are finally reaching the eastern front per another Ukraine post today.
” It is a race against dwindling supplies of ammunition, equipment, and men. If they fail, the Russians will never get another chance to do it. And their nation will die. It may actually be dying already, even without the war.”
A nation where the women are unwilling to reproduce is already dying. Russia is not maintaining population, and unlike Europe or the US, people don’t seem interested in moving there, legally or illegally.
Fourteen Russians surrendering is not a ‘mass surrender’.
Pop me a memo when a brigade of Russians surrenders. That would be news. Fourteen guys is just a squad. They probably were out on patrol, got lost, and they wandered into a Ukrainian position and got captured.
No offense, but this is just a tad overstated.
14 is hardly “mass surrender”. Having a squad or even a company sized group get surrounded is probably not uncommon in this environment.
We have a Baghdad Bob contingent on FR. Amusing.
Cancer killed Putin? Amazing. Russian medical technology has discovered how to resurrect the dead! I just saw him giving a speech in St. Petersburg, and he was very alert and glowed with health. No wonder the Russians don’t run out of soldiers.
And large creatures in their death throes can be very dangerous. We need to be especially careful in what we do and what vulnerabilities we present.
The storm is all around us. Loose ends must be strapped down. Lots of craziness is flying in the wind.
When did 14 become a huge number?
