We were energy independent when Trump was President. US energy independence meant Putin was very limited in his ability to impact our energy supply and cost. Biden made us energy DEPENDENT and almost single-handedly created the current US energy situation.

it’s not really surprising that oil companies are making
larger profits. Their costs are higher also.

During this period, there were spikes as high as $130.00
overnight, with the price remaining higher than it is right
now for periods of time.
