Reliably the media trot out John Dean, Woodward, and/or Bernstein to say the phrase ‘This is worse than Watergate’ when they have a new talking point. It has made them a good living for the past several decades.
Deans wife was a hooker. He was trying to recover information the democrats had on her and her clients.
But—hey!—you have to trust Democrat Presidents implicitly, no matter how many times they lie to you within the confines of one press conference. Democrats are goooooood. Republicans are THE DEVIL! Anyone who says otherwise gets canceled.

25 years ago, former (1967-75) IN GOP Congressman Roger Zion sent me an autographed copy of his autobiography. In it, he mentioned about a young John Dean sniffing around for a job on Capitol Hill. Said the punk was bad news before he ever landed in the White House. I’m not sure who hired or recommended him. Sadly, Zion was one of the victims of the Watergate massacre. He should’ve ended up as Senator instead of the flaky Derp Stater Dick Lugar.
